For words that are not appropriately spoken, you can try different letters to make them sound better.

For example, instead of games, you can write geims.

Also, try to add punctuation marks to your text? It makes a HUGE difference!

Simply by adding . ! ? ... : it will make a world of difference in the audio quality!
